Shipping policy

ORDERS PLACED OVER THE WEEKEND

All orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until Monday. This means if you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be dispatched until Monday. Your order will still be shipped with the selected shipping method but won't be fulfilled until Monday.

ORDER DISPATCH & CUT-OFF TIMES

Any orders placed will be dispatched on the following day. We don't process any orders on Saturday and Sunday so orders placed on these days will be processed and shipped on Monday.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery will be made to the address provided during the check-out process. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 9am and 5pm. You must ensure that your delivery address is easily accessible and that someone is available to accept and sign for the delivery (if required). If no one is available to accept and sign for the delivery, a re-delivery charge may be incurred.

FREE DELIVERY OVER £45

Free Delivery is available to all orders over £45 in mainland United Kingdom. Please note that Free Delivery does not apply to the following areas: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight.

RETURNS

As the items that we sell are perishable we do not accept returns. If your order is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately in writing by emailing candylicioustime@outlook.com along with photographic evidence. If your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we will only offer you a refund for damaged items if you have signed for the parcel as damaged upon receipt.
